At Nuvah, we want every order to reach you quickly, safely, and without any hassle. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship.

 

Free Shipping

Nuvah offers free standard shipping on all orders delivered within India.

 

Delivery Timeline

We process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Once dispatched, your order is expected to be delivered within 7 to 10 working days, depending on your location and the courier partner serving your pin code.

 

Please Note

Delivery timelines may be longer for remote or hard-to-access areas. Nuvah is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

 

Shipping on Exchange

First Exchange: All shipping costs reverse pickup and re-delivery are fully covered by Nuvah at no charge to you.

 

Subsequent Exchanges: For any further exchange requests beyond the first, all shipping costs in both directions will be borne by the customer.

 

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. We encourage you to carefully review your order    including size, color, and delivery address before confirming your purchase.

 

Important

Nuvah does not accept cancellation requests after an order has been confirmed. Please ensure all order details are correct at the time of checkout.

 

Serviceability

Nuvah currently ships within India only. Delivery is subject to pin code serviceability. If your pin code is not serviceable at the moment, we are constantly expanding our reach and we hope to serve your locality very soon. 

Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your order is handled with care and delivered in the best possible condition. The courier partner assigned to your shipment may vary based on your delivery location.

 

Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the rare event that your order is lost in transit or arrives in a damaged condition, please contact our customer support team immediately. Nuvah will investigate and work to resolve the matter promptly.
