Returns Exchanges & Refunds Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
· The product must be unused and unworn.
· The product must be returned to its original condition with all original tags intact and in its original packaging.
· Products that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or are missing tags or packaging will not be eligible for a return.
Nuvah reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions upon quality inspection.
Exchange
We offer a one-time exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the same conditions as returns the product must be unused, with original tags intact and in its original packaging.
· For the first exchange, shipping costs will be managed by Nuvah.
· For any subsequent exchange requests, all shipping costs both for sending the replacement and returning the original will be borne by the customer.
Nuvah reserves the right to decline an exchange if the returned product does not pass quality inspection.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at our warehouse and passes quality inspection, Nuvah will initiate the refund. Please note that refund initiation timelines may vary depending on the time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to our warehouse.
Prepaid Orders
7 to 10 working days post refund initiation, depending on your bank partner.
COD Orders
10 to 15 working days after receipt of valid bank account details from the customer.
Please Note
Nuvah initiates the refund only after the returned item has reached us and the quality check is successful.
In case of any refund discrepancy, Nuvah may, at its sole discretion, request a screenshot of your bank statement for verification purposes.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:
· Products that have been used, worn, or washed.
· Products returned without original tags or packaging.
· Free gifts or complimentary items.
· Sale articles are not eligible for return but may be exchanged, subject to availability.
General Conditions
· All return and exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised beyond this window will not be entertained.
· Nuvah's decision on the eligibility of any return, exchange, or refund following quality inspection shall be final and binding.
