What is Nuvah?

Nuvah is a women's footwear brand built around one belief: Beauty does not need to hurt and comfort can be stylish. We design stilettos, block heels, kitten heels, wedges, and platforms for women who move through the world on their own terms — and don’t want a constant mental reminder of the shoes they choose to wear.
Where are Nuvah heels made?

Every pair is engineered for minute details at the sampling stage itself, to identify improvement areas in the design. Manufacturing is done at export houses in India to ensure high precision in structure, stability, make and form. We work with skilled artisans who handle each piece with the attention it deserves. Specific production details for each style are listed on the individual product pages.
What makes Nuvah different from other heel brands?

We invest in women centric design philosophy, designing for Indian women and our lifestyle, our feet. Our approach tests for real women, real days, real movement and uses India centric sizing. Before a heel earns a place in our collection, it passes through our wear-testing process so that we only deliver designs that are not only a style statement but feel like a considered choice.
  Is Nuvah a sustainable brand?

Sustainability, for us, is not a campaign — it is a commitment we build into every decision. We use only vegan materials and fabrics for producing our shoes. There is always more to do, and we are doing it.

  How do I find my size in Nuvah heels?

We recommend using our Size with AI tool to help find your right size. Size with AI is available on every product page and also on the Home Page and Tech@Nuvah page. Scan your foot to get the right size recommendation for our products. When in doubt, chat with us for the size you should be buying.
Do Nuvah heels run true tosize?

Generally, yes. Our open-toe heels run true to size. Pointed-toe styles may feel snug initially and tend to accommodate a half-size up. Each product page includes details in additional information with style-specific guidance.
Are Nuvah heels comfortablefor all-day wear?

Comfort is engineered in, not assumed. Our heels feature cushioned insoles, balanced heel placement, and anatomically supportive footbeds. That said, comfort is personal — we recommend starting with our block heels, platforms or kitten heels if you are building
your heel wardrobe for the first time.
 Which heel style is best if I amnew to wearing heels?

All our heels are lower than 3 inches in heel height, so likely any heel should work for you from a stability and comfort standpoint. That said, we recommend that you start with a kitten heel or block heel or platforms — all these offer stability without sacrificing the lifted silhouette.
How do I care for my Nuvahheels?

Store your Nuvahs in the dust bag provided, away from direct sunlight and humidity. Avoid prolonged exposure to water. Wipe with a dry cloth to remove dust if any. Detailed care instructions are included inside every box.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Usually, it takes 3-5 business days for your orders to reach you. Express options are available at checkout for those who simply cannot wait.
Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also check order status anytime by logging into your Nuvah account.
What is the return andexchange policy?

We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of receipt, on unworn styles in their original packaging. Sale items and made-to-order pieces are final sale. We want you to love what you receive — if something is not right, we will make it right.
  How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Email care@nuvah.in with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with your return label and next steps. Exchanges for a different size are processed as priority and are complimentary on your first exchange per order
What if my order arrivesdamaged or incorrect?

We take this seriously. Please photograph the issue and email care@nuvah.in within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund — no back-and-forth, no waiting.

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

  What is the Steady-form Footbed technology?

The Steady-form Footbed is our multi-layer insole system. It comprises of 3 layers: a memory-foam top layer that adapts to your feet’s anatomical pressure profile, a mid-layer of density-graded EVA foam that absorbs heel strike impact, and a firm stabilising base that maintains the structural integrity of the shoe. Together, they deliver softness at the surface without sacrificing support at the core.
  How does Steady-form footbed address pressuredistribution in high heels?

The Steady-form Footbed has the ability to adapt to different women and different days due to its molecular construction comprising materials that help it adjust its structure according to pressure input. The base adapts to different body types to work across different base pressure profiles and also dynamically adjusts density gradation to adapt to different days. The latter becomes important to enable high wear hours without discomfort, fatigue and pain.
  Will I get blisters and bites with Nuvahs?

Slippage is one of the primary causes of heel discomfort, blistering and shoe bites. This happens when the fitting is not perfect and your feet try to grab on the base to stabilize the foot and enable walking. We use lining which is micro-textured and moisture-wicking. This lining is applied to the heel counter and footbed edges and holds the foot in place through movement without creating the friction that leads to soreness. It also breathes, which matters more than most brands admit, given our hot and humid climate.
  Do Nuvah heels offer arch support?

Yes — and this is critical to ensure good fit and stable wear for long hours. Every
style in the Nuvah range includes a built-in anatomical arch shank: a curved,
semi-rigid support bridge that runs beneath the midfoot. In styles with a heel
height above 7 cm, we use a reinforced steel shank for additional structural
support. You will not find a Nuvah heel that leaves your arch unsupported.

  What are Nuvah’s made from?

Nuvah is a non-leather brand. Our products are created using vegan materials which consist of polyurethane based, rubber based and synthetics based fabrics for the uppers.
  How are Nuvah’s hardware elements finished?

All metal hardware — buckles, heel ferules, toe caps, and decorative elements — is finished using a PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) coating process. PVD is a vacuum-based bonding technique that produces a finish up to five times more resistant to tarnishing, scratching, and corrosion than standard electroplating. It is the same finishing standard used in fine watchmaking. A

  What quality checks does every Nuvah pair go through beforeshipping?

Every pair undergoes a 27-point quality inspection at the production facility before it reaches our warehouse. This includes a flex resistance test (200 cycles), a sole adhesion pull test, a colour fastness check on the upper, hardware torque testing, and a hand inspection for stitching uniformity and finish consistency. Pairs that do not pass are not reworked and passed off — they are rejected.

  How long should a pair of Nuvah heels last?

With appropriate care, Nuvahs should last 2 years when kept in a dark and dry environment. Most common issue that you can face in Nuvahs is powdering, which would imply that they are stores in a space with his moisture.
